Thanks so much for Bo's urn! We received it about a month ago and we were so pleased (as much as one can be at such a time of loss). The laser printed picture of Bo and the St. Francis prayer are so special to us. To be able to see Bo's picture and the prayer is very comforting. We were amazed at your handiwork and were very pleased you were able to fit both the prayer and the picture all on it together. Bo was a special dog to us---he was part of our family for many years. It was sad to see him go and we are grateful to have the urn as a reminder of his unconditional love.

Dear Sirs,

I just wanted to thank you and all your employees for the great work that you do. I purchased your Sterling Forget-Me-Not Locket and your Gold Forget-Me-Not Locket, and I am so pleased with my purchase. I just wanted to tell you a little about my story.

You see, my father passed away December 9, 2006 at the age of approximately 73 years old. I say approximately because, in the mountains of Tennessee when and where he was born, his parents did not obtain a birth certificate as he was born at home as were most babies at that time. My mother always loved my father's beautiful black hair. As he got older many people would laugh and say that he must color it to keep it so black. My mother would always smile and say that it was where she took such good care of him, that he never aged. She would also pick on him sometimes and tell him it wasn't fair that he had the pretty black hair when hers started to turn grey. She would laughingly threaten to bleach it out one night while he was sleeping if he didn't start turning grey right away. Of course he would laugh and tell he she was to beautiful to worry about any old grey hair. In the lock of hair that I obtained from the funeral director, I found that it had three grey hairs, and that was all. Of course I put those in Mother's locket.

Now that the lockets have their precious contents, I can't mail it for fear that it will become lost in the mail. I am confident though that Mother will be very touched by the beauty of your goods and of course by its contents. I understand that your products are meant mainly for pets, and I appreciate that very much as I lost a Fur-child this last year as well. I wish I had found your company before I placed his little fur lock in a charm. I guess the reason that I kept looking is that your company is the only one that had a hinged locket like this one, and none of the others had such a beautifully classic jewelry look.

I just purchased the scrolled priere pendant, and I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased I am with it. It is even more beautiful in person than in the photo and I absolutely love it. I bought it because I just lost a cat of mine to kidney disease and diabetes, and I think it's only fitting to have something so beautiful to commenorate her with. What you offer to people is something really important to them and I think you definitely live up to that, so thank you, my experience doing business with you was wonderful.

I recently bought the scrolled Priere pendant and received it today. This is an absolutely beautiful piece, and a beautiful way to keep my baby cat, Homer, very close to my heart.

I just wanted to thank you for your fast shipping, and also for not trying to gouge people on the price - I shopped around, and this was the absolutely most reasonably priced site to find exactly what I needed.
Other sites I have seen seem to take brutal advantage of a very sad situation and charge a few hundred dollars for the same type of "pet cremation jewelry."

I was very satisfied, and although I hope to not have to patronize your service again, I would, and will recommend you in the future to friends and family with no question.

I was also very touched that you have the "Surviving Pet Loss" section on your website. This made me feel like I was dealing with the "right" people in this situation, not just a merchant hawking their wares. I thought that was so sweet -- it felt like you were genuinely people, not a company trying to sell things. Maybe it's copyrighted, but if not, perhaps you could post "the Rainbow Bridge" on your site. It killed me to read it, I still can’t get through it without crying, but it is very comforting, but in this business I'm sure you know this already.

I hope this feedback from a first-time paying customer was helpful, and truthfully, I don't know how big an operation you have going out there, but I'd like to hear back, and perhaps become part of your staff, online or off, if you're interested at all. I have lost a number of pets and understand fully how much it hurts.
Please let me know, and if not, thank you for making my baby cat's passing slightly easier and giving me a way to keep him close to me.
